Jodie Emery
Jodie is a qualified physiotherapist for a professional rugby team. She graduated from UCT in 2014 with a passion for sport from a young age. Being involved in a range of sports, from water-polo and swimming to squash and soccer as well as participating with her business partner, Ross, in the Knysna Half Marathon more recently, coupled with her background in physiotherapy, further developed her interest and passion in active recovery. Through working with elite athletes, she realises the importance of body maintenance, faster recovery and has a passion for enabling athletes/people to get to know and understand their bodies, and in turn look after and manage themselves better.
Ross Heynes
Ross is a qualified pharmacist, who graduated at NMMU in 2013. He has always been active and involved in sports from a young age, representing his province in both hockey and cricket during his years at school. He loves networking and spreading the importance of fitness and muscle recovery. He enjoys working out, fishing and playing a round of golf in his spare time. Born and raised in Uitenhage, he spent a couple of years in Cape town where he met his business partner, Jodie. Wellness and health continue to be a focus in his career, from being in the pharmacy to the sports field and everyday life.
